Delivery Options (South Africa):

• Flat rate delivery fee of R99 anywhere in South Africa.
• Free delivery on all orders over R1000.
• Free collection is also available from one of these ORMS branches in Cape Town:
  • Gardens (City Centre)
  • Bellville
  • Somerset West

Lead Times:

• Unframed prints: 5-10 business days
• Framed prints: 10-15 business days
• Framed originals: 9-12 business days

Please note that these timelines outline the period from order placement to delivery or collection, as each piece is made to order.

International Orders:

For customers outside South Africa, please email hello@gabbyvdbart.com with your order number to arrange a custom shipping quote.

Returns:

Each piece is created with care and made just for you, so we’re not able to accept general returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry — just get in touch with us at hello@gabbyvdbart.com within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and a couple of photos, and we’ll organise a replacement for you.

To make sure your exchange goes smoothly, please return the item in its original packaging along with any included extras.

Some helpful information to include in your message would be:

- The scope of the project
- The size of the artwork
- Your preferred medium (acrylic or oil paint)
- Any reference images you have
- The timeline/deadline if applicable
